A vine that conquers wine lovers thanks to its unique aromatic profile, so recognizable that being able to create a unique and high-level product is a high oenological challenge. I thought about the style of this wine looking for the synthesis between aroma and freshness, aiming for a very expressive white ELETTRA from the first sip but which was able to release the sumptuous evolutionary notes of this variety over the years”
